Certificates, Recognition & Milestones
From his school and college years, Bidhan actively participated in and, at times, helped organise cultural competitions, sports, volunteer initiatives, and youth activities in Bangladesh. These early experiences became an important part of his journey and helped shape his interests in leadership, community engagement, creativity, teamwork, and public service.
Over the years, he has participated in and contributed to training programmes, conferences, workshops, dialogues, symposiums, leadership programmes, and international forums across Asia, the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, the United Kingdom, North America, and other parts of the world. Many of these engagements resulted in certificates of participation, appreciation, contribution, or recognition. Each represents a particular experience, relationship, learning opportunity, or contribution at a specific point in his journey.
Through Probha Aurora, he has also been involved in national and international initiatives that have brought further opportunities for recognition, collaboration, and professional development.
Bidhan does not work in pursuit of awards or recognition. His work has been driven primarily by a deep sense of commitment to people, young people, environmental protection, and addressing the challenges of climate change. Over the years, he has continued to contribute with dedication, often focusing more on creating meaningful impact than on receiving recognition for it.
He is also a proud Rotarian and has received various forms of recognition and appreciation through Rotary at different stages of his journey. His involvement in Rotary reflects his longstanding commitment to service, community engagement, leadership, and creating positive social impact.
His connection with the business world also began at an early age. Growing up alongside his father, he had the opportunity to observe and learn about business, entrepreneurship, relationships, and professional values from childhood. This early exposure contributed to his later engagement in the business and social enterprise sectors, where he has built a strong reputation and professional standing.
Over the years, he has also been recognised and appreciated by different business and professional forums, including organisations such as BASIS and e-CAB, among others. These recognitions reflect another important dimension of his journey- his engagement with technology, entrepreneurship, business development, and socially responsible enterprise.
